"The only thing that matters to me right now is my relationship with Wizkid. He's my best friend in the whole Nigerian music industry and that's all that matters. I know Wizkid and I are popping now but if we work together on a song, it's just gonna be like when D'banj and 2Face collaborated. Many people thought that song was gonna be a big hît but it didn't even do anything because they were expecting too much. 

Wizkid and I haven't made a song in over 10 years in the industry but he's always visiting me and I'm visiting him all the time. It's not like we don't have the opportunity to make a song but we know it will not be a hît because the expectations will be too high. 

I've heard people that said our beéf made us bigger, I've heard people that said if we come together we'll fall õff. So if we make a song together, it's gonna be overhyped and we might not meet the expectations of the fans. 

The only thing Wizkid and I can do now is go on a Joint-Tour. And even when we go on tour together, fans will still be comparing who sold the most tickets so no matter what we do, fans will always put competition. If Wizkid and I go on a tour together, we're gonna make atleast $30-million though we'll not be doing it for the money." Davido
